Frequently Asked Questions
1. How do I register my account?
Head to the base of the advert and scroll to the bottom. You will find underneath ‘How to Apply’, a yellow box asking you to “Please register or log in, then complete the online application form, to place your application for this job.”
Press “Register” if you have not registered with our website before.
2. I cannot find the application form. Where is it located?
Once you have logged in, the application form will appear underneath the advert itself. Please do not complete information under the ‘My Resume Details’ page.
You need to be using a PC or laptop, as you will not be able to complete the application form using a mobile device, ipad or tablet.
3. I have forgotten my username and password. What should I do?
When you first registered and set up your username and password, you would have received an acknowledgment email containing these details. You can also use the ‘lost password’ function to reset your password.
4. I cannot attach my CV. What should I do?
This could be because the file is too large or it is not in a supported format. Please make sure your CV is in one of the formats below:
MS Word (*.doc)

5. I have not been employed by three recent employers. What do I do?
If you do not have three recent consecutive employers, then you can write N/A (Not Applicable) where appropriate. Please do not write N/A if this is not the case.
6. Can I apply for more than one job?
Yes, you can apply for more than one job; however, each application is treated individually, so the most current information is always entered.
7. Am I able to apply directly to the client?
No. Even if you email your CV to the recruiting manager, they will direct you to the online application form, as there are a number of declarations that you need to answer before your application can be accepted.
8. Does Greg Tims & Associates accept paper applications?
Yes. If you do not have access to the internet, please contact the Greg Tims & Associates team on (07) 959 3058. They will send you a hard copy of the application form for you to complete, and then return, along with your cover letter and CV. You must make sure your application reaches their office before the closing date.
9. Why do I need to answer the questions on the online application form?
The application form has a number of important declarations, along with other information, that our clients require as part of the recruitment process.
