Reporting directly to the GM and part of the Leadership Team, this senior role will lead and facilitate the ongoing strengthening of the existing team focused organisational culture, and actively support managers with the ongoing growth, performance and development of their teams. It will require the provision of specialist HR advice, along with ensuring that the health and well-being of all individuals is a business priority. The role will be focused on a combination of strategy formulation and “hands on” operational delivery.

You must have excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and be skilled at working with and supporting line managers on their people development, including recruitment, performance and ER challenges. You must also be comfortable engaging with frontline staff out in the factory and amongst the operations.

This is a unique opportunity to join a business that is experiencing strong growth, which has a strong commitment to look after its people. The role will be based in Hamilton, but travel to other sites is a requirement of the position.
