Smart Parking (SPT) is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange, and is a fast-growing technology business that specialises in parking management. It employs around 200 staff based in NZ, Australia and the UK, supporting a wide range of international customers. With a suite of products, including sensors, sign guidance, car counting, automatic number plate recognition, and comprehensive back office management and statistics with web based reporting.
This key support role, which is based in Auckland, will report to and work closely with the Company Accountant in the provision of office admin and accounts support. Primary areas of responsibility will include the following managing the AP function, including raising supplier purchase orders, entering supplier invoices, company credit cards, expense claims and supplier statement reconciliations. In addition, the will be responsibility for AR, the reconciliation of bank statements, maintenance of the fixed asset register and cashflow management. It is a busy and varied role.
You will need to have proven experience in an AP, AR and office administration role, with strong computer literacy (especially in Excel), data entry skills and have high attention to detail. Good organisational and multi-tasking abilities will also be sought after abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
