The R&M team are looking for new team members to join their busy team. The team is involved in handling a variety of work including:

  • Repairing steel or aluminium bodies,
  • Completing trailer refurbishments,
  • Repairing accident damage.
  • General truck or trailer engineering repairs and maintenance,
  • Maintaining and repairing trailer running gear, including disc and drum brake maintenance.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have experience in aluminium fabrication, ideally within a heavy transport manufacturing
  • Be flexible and adaptable in your work approach and have a strong willingness to learn
  • Be a team player with good communication skills
  • Be self-motivated, honest and reliable
  • Be available to work overtime when required. Regular overtime is offered, and overtime rates are paid.

In order to be safe on the job and to carry out the tasks associated with this role, the successful individual will need to be drug free with a good level of physical fitness.
