In this role, you will report to the Finance Manager and provide key accounting support.  The primary areas of responsibility will include, processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, preparing and posting journals, and completing other accounting function activities as requested.

To be considered for this position you will need to have at least three years practical experience in an accounting support role, ideally within a commercial environment.  You will also demonstrate proficiency in processing AP/AR, completing statutory returns, and have a good working knowledge of financial and management accounting.  High attention to detail, strong organisational and multi-tasking capability, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a good team focus are sought after attributes.  Computer literacy, including intermediate level Excel skills, is a pre-requisite and experience with payroll systems would be advantageous. Professional qualifications are an advantage but not essential.
