Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will be responsible for providing proactive Executive support at a senior level to the management team and multiple Board of Directors that this organisation provides services to. This will involve the accurate and timely preparation, collation, and distribution of Board meeting documentation, as well as ensuring minutes and actions are recorded. The attendance at and coordination of meetings, and relationships with key partners and stakeholders will also be an important part of this role. In addition, you will oversee the Health and Safety requirements for the business.
To be considered for this role, you must have had proven executive support experience, working with Boards, Senior Management teams, and a range of external stakeholders and professionals. It is essential that you are naturally warm and engaging, have excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills and are very well organised. You must have very high personal delivery standards and can consistently do what is needed to complete an agreed task. It is also important that you can demonstrate that you are able to use your initiative, that you can solve problems quickly and pragmatically, and that your written work is of the highest quality.
