This well-established business is focused on large-scale residential development and commercial property in the Bay of Plenty and other regional areas. Reporting to, and working closely with the Chief Executive, you will be expected to plan and deliver a range of commercial and residential projects. It will require well developed interpersonal skills, supported by high quality written and oral communication capabilities, along with excellent organisational and planning abilities. You must be a confident negotiator, and be strong at financial analysis and job costing, and can multi-task numerous activities and groups of people.

Key attributes sought for the position includes previous commercial and residential project management experience, ideally with a strong civil orientation. You must have demonstrated that you can consistently plan and deliver targeted projects on time and within budget. It is essential that you can get on with a range of people, and bring diverse groups together, and can deal effectively with high pressure and multiple demands. Proficiency in MS Office and Project is important, as is the ability to work autonomously. Strong problem-solving skills and initiative are also sought-after attributes.
