Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role is varied and wide-ranging with overall responsibility for ensuring each discrete building project is successfully delivered.

As the manager of the Project Management team, you will be responsible for managing an individual portfolio of projects as well as leading and coaching the team to deliver. This position has a strong client and supplier relationship focus, and will be accountable for delivering financial management and reporting for each project.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an experienced project manager who places a strong focus on client relationships, team leadership, and who has a proven track record of delivering construction industry projects on-time and to specifications. You must have well developed organizational and planning skills, an engaging and personable manner, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience leading a team, and overseeing the financial management of discrete projects are also highly sought-after attributes.
