The role is a key member of the Hamilton branch management team, and will be responsible for growing new sales for the Waikato and BOP region, as well as the active key account management of existing customers. You will also be expected to contribute to sales and business development strategies for the region.

The key attributes sought for this role include proven successful experience in a senior sales/key account management and business development role, ideally in a manufacturing related business. You will need to have effective time management and planning skills, and be able to use your initiative and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as are strong negotiation skills, attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
