This well-established business is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team in this critical support role. This organisation delivers high quality strategic and business management solutions to their clients, and they are the largest provider of these services across New Zealand.
In this role, you will provide high level administration support to the Managing Director, and secretarial support to various Boards of Directors that this organisation provides services to. You will be responsible for preparing and collating documentation, coordinating meetings, diary management and maintaining effective working relationships with key partners and stakeholders. In addition, you will oversee the Health and Safety requirements for the business.
To be considered for this role, you must have proven administration experience working for multiple stakeholders within a busy environment. You will have very high personal delivery standards and a naturally warm and engaging personal style. Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated initiative, an ability to work well under pressure and multitask are essential attributes. In addition, you will be well organised, have high attention to detail and will be able to work unsupervised.
