Greg Tims

Greg has over 25 years of Human Resources management experience, having been the Partner in Charge of an HR Consulting team in a large Hamilton based Chartered Accounting and Business Advisory firm, a Group Manager HR at one of the country’s largest District Health Boards, a General Manager Organisational Development in a public sector organisation and as an HR Consultant/Advisor to the Boards/Councils, CEOs, senior managers and business owners in a range of organisations.

He has also worked with individual managers and staff on specific HR related matters. He has worked on a number of HR related projects with a wide range of businesses in the private and public sectors, from international to local manufacturers, Councils, District Health Boards, dairy and agriculture businesses, government departments, retailers, professional services firms (ie accounting, dental, medical, optometry, and veterinary) and a number of small to medium sized businesses

Greg has an MA (Dist) in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology.

Karin Adams

Karin has over 15 years’ experience in senior HR management roles, having provided specialist advice and support to Senior Leaders within a large international retail/FMCG business, an international banking & finance organisation and a large national agricultural business.

In these roles, her primary focus has been on translating business strategies into practical people initiatives that support the delivery of commercial outcomes. Karin has also managed a number of organisational wide HR Projects, led structural realignment and supported the effective management of change.

Karin has a Bachelor of Commerce in Employment Relations, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology.

Louise Everson

Louise supports clients and applicants with our recruitment processes, and she also works with the team on specialist consulting and HR projects.

She has a strong interest in recruitment, employment relations and performance management.

Louise has extensive customer service and administration experience. She also has a background in communications and retail.

Louise has a Bachelor of Management majoring in Human Resources and Marketing from Wintec.
