This is about building a stronger and more enduring future for Ngāti Koata uri, and it will require well founded long term oriented building blocks to be put in place.

To be considered for this role, you will be a proven organisational leader, who has shown that they can consistently deliver strategic and operational outcomes working effectively with a Board and inspiring a skilled team. Being able to demonstrate that you can establish and maintain a strong team culture that enables staff to grow and develop is essential. You must be strongly team oriented, likeable and resilient, and have well developed interpersonal and communication skills. It is important that you are politically astute, open minded and are a good listener.
