Cleantech are a fast-moving cleaning product distribution business who is seeking to add a skilled and self-motivated Accounts and Administration Officer to their team.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, committed and capable of working in a wide range of office administration and accounting activities. It is important that you are flexible in your work approach as this role us responsible for both the businesses accounting and office administration.
To be successful in this role you must be a highly organised and methodical planner with good communication skills, be able to work independently within a team framework and have the ability to multi task. You will have 2-5 years’ experience in an accounts/administration role and will be efficient, show initiative and have a “can do” attitude. Excellent computer skills are essential as is experience with Microsoft Office products and ideally Xero or a similar accounting package. Experience with integrated stock systems is another attribute sort.
This will be a rewarding and challenging position as you will be a crucial part of a small team in a fast-moving distribution business
For the ideal candidate we can offer some flexibility. Ideally, we are looking for someone around 30 hours per week but will go with fulltime for the right person.
This role will be based in Tauranga.
